Helping Churches Build Men Who Are Consistent in Scripture, Prayer, and Leadership

Dana partners with churches to launch and lead structured online men’s discipleship and formation groups that help men grow in spiritual discipline, biblical leadership, and devotion to Jesus Christ.

The Outcome Churches Are Looking For

Dana helps churches develop men who are:

-Consistent in the Word of God
-Committed to prayer and repentance
-Grounded in their identity in Christ
-Accountable to other men pursuing Jesus
Stronger leaders in their families and communities
-Willing and prepared to serve within the local church

These are not discussion groups or casual gatherings.

They are structured discipleship environments designed to form men spiritually through Scripture, accountability, and Christ centered relationship and leadership towards others.

The Challenge Many Churches Are Facing

Many churches today are seeing the same pattern among the men in their congregation.

Men love God and desire to grow spiritually, yet many struggle with consistency in Scripture, prayer, and accountability. Many are carrying stress, pressure, and responsibility in silence while lacking strong brotherhood and clear spiritual formation.

Pastors often desire to strengthen the men in their church, yet building and maintaining structured discipleship programs requires time, leadership, and consistency that many ministry teams simply do not have the capacity to manage.

This is where Dana serves the church.

How This Works

Dana works with churches to launch and lead structured online men’s discipleship and formation groups.

These groups meet regularly in an online environment where men grow through:

-Scripture centered teaching
-Guided discussion rooted in biblical truth
-Practical application of the Word of God
-Accountability and brotherhood among men
-Prayer and spiritual guidance

The goal is not conversation for the sake of conversation.

The goal is formation through Christ.

Men leave each session with clear spiritual practices and practical steps that help them grow consistently in their walk with Christ. Then they can leave and contribute to their churches, families, wives, kids, and communities in a meaningful way.

Launch, Implement, Refine
and Lead

Dana works with churches to help establish and lead structured discipleship environments for men that are rooted in Scripture and aligned with the church’s vision and doctrine through his extensive background of leadership, working with groups, and surrender to Christ.

Launch- If a church does not yet have a structured men’s discipleship framework, Dana helps establish a clear and sustainable foundation that integrates naturally into the life of the church.

Implement- Dana works with church leadership to guide men through Scripture-centered formation using biblical teaching, discussion, prayer, and accountability that align with the church’s theological convictions.

Refine- Throughout the process, Dana collaborates with church leadership to evaluate what is working, strengthen the structure, and ensure the discipleship environment continues producing spiritual fruit.

Lead- Dana facilitates the weekly sessions, guiding men through Scripture-based formation that cultivates spiritual discipline, brotherhood, and Christ-centered leadership.

This allows the church to provide a powerful discipleship environment for men without adding additional strain to the pastoral staff.

Working Alongside the Church

Dana always works with deep respect for the authority, leadership, and theological convictions of the church he serves.

Rather than introducing an outside program, he collaborates with church leadership to ensure the discipleship environment aligns with the church’s vision, doctrine, and spiritual priorities.

This may include:

• leading an existing men’s discipleship framework within the church
• supporting a ministry the church already has in place
• helping develop a structure that strengthens what the church desires for its men

Dana’s role is simple: to serve the church, not replace it.

The goal is to help pastors see men become spiritually grounded, accountable, and prepared to lead in their homes and in the life of the church.

Why I Serve Churches
and Christian Men

I know what it is to build, what it is to fall, and what it is to be rebuilt step by step through Jesus Christ.

I grew up in the Catholic Church and later spent years attending both Catholic and Protestant churches, meeting with pastors and priests, studying Scripture, and seeking to understand the life of faith more deeply. Through those years I also spent time in various personal development and spiritual environments, which taught me how to recognize the difference between true biblical formation and systems built around personality, influence, or hype.

Along the way I saw clearly how many Christian men desire to follow God sincerely, yet often lack the structure, brotherhood, and discipleship needed to grow consistently in Scripture, prayer, and obedience to Christ.

Over time I became involved in Christian men’s groups and discipleship environments and saw firsthand the struggles many men quietly carry. Many love God deeply but wrestle with consistency in their spiritual lives, accountability with other men, and clarity in their role as spiritual leaders in their homes and communities.

At the same time, I also saw the burden many pastors carry. Many church leaders deeply desire to strengthen the men in their congregation but often lack the time, structure, or leadership bandwidth required to sustain deep discipleship environments.

Research continues to confirm this need.

• Women make up roughly 55–60% of church attendance in most congregations
• Over 60% of Christian men report having no close Christian friendships
• Many pastors report men quietly battling addictions, isolation, and spiritual passivity

Yet when men grow spiritually, the impact is profound.

Studies consistently show that when a father actively follows Christ, up to 93% of children continue in the faith.

Because of this, I believe one of the most powerful ways to strengthen families and churches is to form strong, faithful men who follow Jesus with humility, conviction, and obedience.

Kingdom Brotherhood exists to help churches cultivate that kind of formation. This is not a coaching program or motivational system. It is formation rooted in Scripture for men who:

• Take Scripture seriously
• Want clarity without hype
• Desire brotherhood without emotional theatrics
• Want strength rooted in obedience to Christ

My goal is simple: to serve the church by helping Christian men build a foundation in Jesus Christ that lasts a lifetime, and eternity.

Personal Devotion to Christ

Dana’s work is rooted in a deep personal devotion to Jesus Christ and the authority of Scripture. His daily life is centered around studying the Word of God, prayer, and pursuing a life of obedience to Christ. His passion for the discipleship and formation of men was born out of his own transformation through Jesus Christ. This personal foundation shapes the way he leads men, emphasizing humility, repentance, spiritual discipline, and brotherhood centered on Christ. His desire is simple: to help other men experience the clarity, freedom, and transformation that come from walking closely with Jesus.

Experience Working With Men

For more than five years Dana has been guiding and leading men in both in-person and structured online environments focused on spiritual growth, leadership, and formation.

Through this work he has developed significant experience facilitating spaces where men engage deeply with Scripture, grow in accountability, build strong brotherhood, and apply biblical truth to their daily lives.

He has also spoken at events in the United States and Europe, sharing messages centered on spiritual growth, purpose, and helping others get closer to God.

Today his work is devoted to helping churches cultivate structured environments and communities for the formation of men where men grow in faith and discipleship through accountability, Christ-centered leadership in the online space, to help as many men get closer to God as possible.

His focus is simple:

to help as many men as possible grow closer to Jesus Christ and live out their calling faithfully.

Background & Training

While Scripture remains the final authority for all teaching and formation, Dana’s academic and professional background has also shaped the leadership, structure, and discernment he brings to working with men and churches. His education and training include both professional and faith-based environments. Through these experiences he developed skills in leadership, communication, group facilitation, and organizational structure. Over time these skills have been re-centered under the authority of Jesus Christ and Scripture. Today they are applied toward helping churches cultivate environments where men grow in biblical discipleship, spiritual discipline, and Christ-centered leadership.

Bachelors Degree In Science Of Business Administration (Management and Marketing)

Formal training in management, systems thinking, and organizational leadership. This foundation now serves Kingdom order, stewardship, and disciplined decision-making under biblical authority, not performance or profit-driven identity.

Knowledge Business
Blueprint Training

High-level exposure to leadership environments, communication training, and execution systems. These experiences clarified the difference between external motivation and true inner formation, reinforcing the need for Christ-centered obedience rather than hype-driven change.

Scrum Master Certified with Scrum Alliance

Formal training in servant leadership, systems order, accountability, and team stewardship. While developed for organizational environments, this training strengthened skills in listening, restraint, facilitation, and helping people move forward without control or coercion. Today, these principles are applied only where they serve clarity, order, and responsibility, never pressure, manipulation, or performance-driven outcomes.

TIR Certified Consultant

Exposure to goal-setting, personal discipline, and accountability frameworks common in secular performance environments. While the philosophy itself is not Scripture-based, the experience sharpened discernment and highlighted the limits of mindset-only approaches, ultimately pointing me back to dependence on Christ rather than self-generated transformation.

Communication and Behavioral Pattern Training (NLP Certification)

Training in communication patterns, behavioral observation, and language awareness. These tools are now used cautiously and selectively, filtered through Scripture, to help men identify resistance, deception, and habitual thinking patterns without manipulation or psychological control.

Teaching and Bible Study Examples
