How To Get In Shape In 30 Days, Without A Gym

A global pandemic occurs, over 500,000 deaths reported worldwide. The world is left to wear masks, stay 6 feet apart, and there are lines at the grocery stores. America has shut down, and there is a global lockdown. Also, there are 40,000,000 lost jobs, riots, and the economy is collapsing. Sounds like some movie, right? This is the truth as of July 2020. 

With a lockdown, it means not the gym is currently open (They may or may not open next week). How are people going to stay in shape and healthy in a time when we need our immune systems top-notch? With a virus, every one of us needs our immune system ready to fight off any sickness. That’s the big question, and like I always say, momentum can be positive or negative.

I want to share with you how I have been getting my 5-6 workouts a week from my home with only a set of dumbbells.

They offer free 14-day membership, and then after it’s about $13.00 a month. If you are complaining about paying less than 50 cents a day, then I promise the money is not the issue, it’s just the excuse.  I signed up for the 14 days, and after week one, I already knew I was going to be a member going forward. They have excellent trainers; all you need is a way to play videos. I am currently doing “The Work” 6-week program With Amolia Cesar. He has worked with NBA athletes and celebrities for personal training. There are also other programs like P90X with Tony Horton, which I enjoyed.

It doesn’t matter who you are or what stage you are at for your fitness. This website provides it all with so many different programs ranging from muscle gain, weight loss, cardio, no weights, yoga, short workouts, and even dance. They have over 10 person trainers, so you will find one that you enjoy most. What you put in your body, accounts for 70% of results in my eyes. This is another whole blog post, but as an action item read ingredients. If you can’t pronounce it, you shouldn’t be consuming it!

Going back to momentum, we want to maintain momentum right now. It’s a tough time, and if we don’t take care of ourselves now, then other bad habits will start too. Plus it’s literally a natural high to workout. Serotonin is the long-term feel-good chemical and Endorphins are a natural painkiller after the workout. This is one thing it’s okay to get addicted too!
